I am an emerging voice of the American Southwest.
I have many mistresses when it comes to writing, everything from science fiction to medieval romance, but in every setting and scene what I'm really writing about is people. I'm interested in the human parts of stories, the chewy bits, the emotional underbelly. I like understandable villains and relateable, flawed heroines because no matter how fantastic or foreign their surroundings, deeply human characters will always give us something to connect to.
